terms and conditions
1. Tours
Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as per the client's preference.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
Changes to Itinerary
- Prior Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather or safety concerns.
- Clients will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
Participant Responsibility
- Participants must arrive on time. Latecomers may miss part of the tour and will not receive a refund.
- All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the guide. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
2. Transfers
Booking Confirmation
- Transfers are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled transfer will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
- Clients who do not show up for their transfer without prior notification will not receive a refund.
Driver Responsibility
- Drivers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
- Clients must provide accurate flight details for airport transfers. Failure to do so may result in delays or missed pickups.
General Provisions
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
Limitation of Liability
- Prior Tours and Transfers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the booking or participation in tours or transfers.
